 I am an Arab-American working on various Integral  initiatives in the Middle East. I run the Center for Human Emergence-Middle East, a research and integral design center that acts as a catalyst for cultural transformation throught the Middle East.

At the Center, we are focused on identifying, honoring and aligning the underlying cultural codes of the region that contribute to the integration of humanity that has long been fragmented.

Together with Large Scale Change leading expert  Dr Don Beck, co-author of Spiral Dynamics and The Crucible, we are designing a Palestine/Israel  initiative that offers a fresh approach to addressing this conflict.
